How Good Is Unique Article Review?

When people have trouble getting desired results the first thing they do is blame the software. Often the reason has more to do with keyword research than the software itself. There are some marketers asking if Unique Article Review is still effective? Obviously I think so because I still use it as a mainstay for my article marketing and article syndication.
