Good Skin Care Is Important From An Early Age

If you have combination skin, you need to give it special care. You need to treat the oily areas with oil-free products that minimize breakouts. Gently cleanse and moisturize the dry areas on the sides of your face, cheeks and your eye area.

To keep skin healthy, it is recommended that you drink about 7 glasses of water every day. Eat healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, lean protein and fish.
